band is ♥♥♥♥♥

Today's the start of the week and I thought I would be able to get started with my mugging and move past the very emotional weekend. But then I decided to read jiawei's blog and poof, I started thinking about not just 6, but 10 years of my life in band! Hello, that's just slightly more than half of my life already. And it all ended with that one last 2h concert:( Seriously I still cant believe my band life has officially ended, but well.

Daxian asked me today if I would go join an external band to continue my band journey. But I didn't even think before yes. Haha speaking of daxian, omg I think he looks super funny when he was in high school! (OH AND SEAN TOO!) -please refer to cheongee's blog:D- Okay. anyway, I guess im not as passionate as daxian bout music making in band because I think half of the time I enjoy being in band is because of the people and okay yah the other half being the satisfaction of the music we produce:) But band people are really awesome ones I must say. Somehow we just enjoy one another's company so much more than anyone else and I dare say band is always one of the most united cca around :D I knew my baxians through anderson band and I heart them loadddsss :) and now I think I love my hcband mates more than my classmates (except MEWII gang thoughhh). Yea I probably spend more than half the time school with bandees rather than with my class haha. And I think my primary school best friends were from band too, I cant really rmb much of my class haha. But even so I kinda lost contact with my pri band mates too which is rather :( Aha, I didn't know why I joined band in primary school, especially when primary kids don't usually have fixed ccas and will just go hopping ard whichever cca pleases them. It wasn't even known as cca that time, it was still Eca. hahah. Anyway,I rmb I hated band in primary school, because I couldn't make a sound outta any instrument, I had to go percussion. HAHA. Then became SL somemoreee wth. I didn't have many friends there and I totally dreaded pracs. And my section were all guys and pri sch guys always like to bully girls one. Rah I felt so miserable. All the way until like pri 5 I asked to change section and haha BYE PERC I was off to flute section. No SL duh, cus my other friend there is super zai one. But I love the flute :) Hahahah not many believed i was from perc section. I cant even roll properly :x And from then onwards, I loved band (:

Why I joined band in secondary school was rather embarrassing haha. Because my psle sucked so had to appeal in through band so ta-daa had to join band. But even so, I was glad I did :D Because baxians were and still are great buddies, the seniors were really wonderful people (ah speaking of which, EDWIN IS COMING BACK IN JULY/AUG ahah huiminggg!) yeah, music is nice too and conductor is 897642793 times better :)

Then it's hcband, with syf`07, capriccio xxiii, noel and capriccio xxiv ;)

Wed's election day and I wonder how it'll turn out. It's been a year already):

my sister is back from Cambodia! :D:D:D
